Hi there! I'm Julia. I am a an individual and couples therapist for people who are looking to develop a better relationship with themselves and their loved ones. I provide in-person therapy through Bridge Family Therapy located in Athens, GA and virtual therapy to all Georgia residents. My specialty areas include family of origins issues, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, self-esteem, and developing deeper self understanding. ​
